Spring is the best for admiring God’s creation and this morning on Jumpstart somehow we got talking about Dandelions. Martha got my mouth watering with this text. “Dandelion leaves are the best! Sweet and sour sauce with ham and hard eggs on boiled potatoes. Use the early spring leaves. A delicious memory from my childhood!” My family always likes to pick a ton of Dandelions, cover them in pancake batter and fry them in butter.
